Who We Are
FetchMe is an Auburn, Alabama-based restaurant marketing, takeout ordering, and meal delivery company dedicated to supporting local area restaurants, their customers, and the community at large via a variety of win-win promotional and off-premises dining services. A model of customer-focused attention, the services offered by the four-year old company have become increasingly valuable in countering reduced levels of on-premises dining and the predatory pricing terms imposed by large, third-party take-out and delivery conglomerates.
What We Do
We offer a unique, integrated platform of marketing, operations, and community outreach initiatives that empower local restaurant owners and operators to capture new revenue streams and profit centers. These services have become increasingly effective in helping independent restaurants and locally owned franchises of national chains meet the unprecedented challenges to on-premises dining resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Why We Do It
Local area restaurants across the country have been hit hard by COVID-19 restrictions that severely limit on-premises dining. Already operating on thin margins, the owner/operators of these small businesses have been forced to rely on take-out and delivery business to stay afloat. However, the added overhead and often expensive third-party contracted services required for takeout and delivery too often result in these expansions operating at a loss.
